Health services

Access Care Clinic

The Access Care Clinic provides same-day access to health care and social supports for individuals eligible for CUPS services. If this is your first visit to CUPS, you will start at the Access Care Clinic, where you’ll be connected to a team of professionals who can best support your needs through a team-based care model. You can walk in for new or ongoing health concerns and return as needed. Through the Access Care Clinic, you can also be connected to the Welcome to CUPS team for help with social supports and navigating services.

Primary Care Clinic

CUPS’ Primary Care Clinic provides ongoing health and social care for individuals who face challenges accessing traditional healthcare and who are connected to a primary care provider or doctor at CUPS. Once connected with the Primary Care Clinic, you can also access various other health programs to meet you and your family’s needs.

Family and Child Development Centre

CUPS’ Family and Child Development Centre (FCDC) supports parents, caregivers, and children (12 & under) by providing basic needs assistance, connection to community and a specialized child development team. When we say ‘family,’ we understand that families come in all shapes and sizes. Our two-generational approach focuses on the well-being of all family members and meets you where you are in your parenting journey, whether or not your children are in your care.
