“CUPS is a hero in the community for helping our vulnerable population navigate, empower and providing access to support systems. What a great organization in our city, helping from prenatal to unhoused palliative care. It is an organization much needed especially now and I encourage supporting CUPS so they can continue to provide necessary and valuable tools and support to Calgarians.”

Frequently asked questions
What will I see on a tour of CUPS?
We’ll visit our friendly ‘Welcome to CUPS’ reception space, The Family and Child Development Centre, and our comprehensive Health Clinic.
Where should I park when I come for my tour?
There is plenty of street parking nearby – take note of time restrictions and don’t forget to pay! A pay station is located on 10th Avenue directly outside CUPS’ client entrance, or you can use the MyParking app.
There is also a paid Indigo lot to the South of CUPS. Please respect all ‘Reserved’ signs.
Is the CUPS building accessible for those using mobility aids?
Yes! All spaces are accessible with the support of lifts and elevators.
Will I be sharing space with or interacting with CUPS clients during the tour?
Out of respect for the privacy and dignity of clients, we intentionally plan our tours to fall when there are few to no clients in the building. If you do visit during operating hours, we ask that you respect the privacy and confidentiality of those accessing services during your visit.
