Prenatal and Family Care Clinic

The Prenatal and Family Health Clinic supports expectant and new parents with a variety of health care needs, including specialized services and connection to resources, ensuring a healthy start for parents and babies.  

The Prenatal Outreach Support Team (POST), part of the Prenatal and Family Health Clinic, is a collaboration between CUPS, Kindred Connections Society, and Calgary Police Service. POST provides early intervention, empowerment, and prevention support to high-risk pregnant and parenting people experiencing vulnerabilities accessing prenatal care.

Who can access the Prenatal and Family Health Care Clinic?

Pregnant individuals or parents needing prenatal or postnatal care who do not already have a primary care provider or doctor and meet the Statistics Canada Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO).
