Same URL. Fresh New Look. A Stronger Way Forward

At CUPS, connection is at the heart of everything we do. Whether someone comes to us seeking the next step toward stability or looking to join us in building lasting change, they deserve an experience that is clear, respectful, and easy to navigate. For many, our website is that first point of contact. It should feel like an open door, one that reflects who we are, what we stand for, and how we walk alongside our community.

Welcome to the New CUPS Online Experience!

While the web address remains the same, the experience has been completely transformed. It is now easier than ever to understand our work, access support, and explore how to take part in creating meaningful change.

The new website was built with intention. Every decision, from layout and design to language and structure, was made to better serve our clients, partners, donors, and community members. Whether someone is facing urgent challenges or looking for ways to get involved, this platform is designed to meet them where they are and make connection simple and accessible.

Key improvements include:

  • Streamlined navigation. Individuals and families can now find information about services across Health, Basic Needs and Housing, and Family and Child Development more easily. A new step-by-step Help Guide walks users through how CUPS can support their wellbeing goals.
  • A redesigned “Get Involved” page. Opportunities for job seekers, volunteers, donors, funders, and partners are now easier to explore, whether someone is applying for a career, pursuing a practicum, or seeking ways to contribute.
  • Improved accessibility. The entire site is up to date, mobile-friendly, and designed to meet accessibility standards, making it more inclusive and responsive to the needs of all visitors.

Shaped by Community, Designed for Connection

This redesign was shaped by perspectives from across CUPS, including staff in every department and members of our Client Advisory Committee. Their lived experience informed the choices we made around language, structure, and functionality, and helped ensure the site reflects real-world needs and feels welcoming, safe, and grounded in dignity.

Their contributions shaped how we explain program access, how we communicate who we are and what we believe in, and how we visually represent our community. Every choice reflects our commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based, and accessible design. Our goal is to ensure that every visitor feels seen, respected, and supported as they get to know CUPS.

Bringing the Vision to Life – From Concept to Connection

We are deeply grateful to Atom Studio, our web design and development partner, whose collaboration and creativity helped bring this vision to life. Their support throughout the process was key to building a platform that aligns with our values and strengthens our connection to the community.

We invite you to explore the new website and see the improvements for yourself. Whether you are looking for support, seeking ways to get involved, or learning more about CUPS, this platform is here to help you take the next step toward navigating complexities and creating change, together.
